Our five day Business Planning course is designed for the new business owner who has either just started or has an idea for a business.
The course covers the vital aspect of your plan and helps you to clarify both your objectives and the challenges you are likely to face. It will help you to be realistic about your chances of success and thoroughly research you business idea.
At the end of the course you will have completed an individual business plan tailored for your particular business. It will also provide the necessary information for banks and other potential investors.

Once that goal has been met and the business sets a steadier course, it often becomes apparent that the owners, managers and their staff require updating and improving their skills to continue to succeed.
Our seminars are principally designed to relate to the smaller businesses or organisations, but we do not restrict our help to any size of business, nor do we restrict access to any help we can provide to businesses outside the boundaries of Thurrock.
