Since 1985 Thurrock Enterprise Agency has been offering free support for those thinking of starting a new venture and those already in business. In the past 20 years Thurrock Enterprise has helped over 10,000 clients, providing them with support and advice for setting up and running their own business.
Thurrock Enterprise Agency is an independent non-profit organisation which attempts to foster good business practice by providing free counselling to the start-up and smaller business community.
We are funded partly by direct donations from our network of socially-conscious businesses and organisations in Thurrock and partly by BusinessLink for Essex. This means that almost all the services we provide are totally free of charge to our clients, allowing them to access up to date information and advice.
Our aim is to assist in the development of a healthy local business environment thereby creating and safeguarding employment and economic prosperity in Thurrock.

Thurrock Enterprise offers a wide range of business advice and training aimed at small business owners and people about set up their own business, or those who have a business idea but don’t know how to go about it.
